the Double Dip (Day #1)!

Today was a good hard training day!

My Tuesday/Thursday's consist of early mornings; up early to grab a quick energy/protein based snack before I hit up a early morning run before the Fitness Together gym for a stellar workout with H$-Money or D-Dawg.

Today was the first double dip of the year though. Morning run/morning workout/afternoon run. The morning runs are on the "dreadmill" typically (as was today's) then afternoons I hit the blacktop in the worlds best shoes (Mizuno Wave Inspire 5 or 6's) with the iPod set with a new playlist (today was Mat Kearney).

Off for a "Boy's Night"; that means a Code Blue or two and surely a Gin Mizzle visit. Have a great night folks!

  1. B - What up boss? I want a hamburger just UPS one down to me. Oh man I haven't had a hamburger or fried food in 4.5 months.........man what I'd do for a nice hamburger and fries! Tell Jessie hey for us!
